Homegroups: an ideal way to meet international colleagues!

As a participant you will join a so called 'homegroup'. That means for the time of the Summer University you are in a reflecting group of about 10-12 people who come together before or after workshops. In this way the group can reflect on the different things they heard/ experienced in a workshop. Also keynotespeeches can be discussed.

The homegroup is guided by someone in the group, the homegroupleader. The group can make arrangments for their own meeting (and place) moments. In this way you'll never be 'alone' in such a big meeting as the SU is. And it gives you the opportunity to:

  • meet colleagues from different countries
  • to start an International Intervision Group

Before the start of the SU you get the names of your group and homegroupleader. There is a fixed time to get to know eachother on Monday 17.00.

We ask each Homegroup to try to answer the following questions at Friday:

  1. What moved you or was ‘being moved’ during the SU?
  2. What would you like to set in motion after this week? And at what level (individual, clients, organisations, society, Association)?
  3. Translate both answers (1 and 2) in one message or image and bring this over to the central Summary at Friday, 9.30. You can ask one of the LVSC-employees for necessities.
