I and we in the changing world. How to use a metaphor cards in supervision

Pictures and images tell us more than ideas put into words, because for communicating in the visual language and understanding it, people already have developmental benefits. While looking at the pictures, we can quickly contact our emotions. An image may contain a huge amount of elements that speak to people in different ways.

Through practical experience, participants get informed with possibilities of using the metaphor cards in supervision at the individual and team, as well as organizational levels.
In the practical workshop participants can acquaint with affairs in their internal and external world, analyse the environment in which they operate, and the feelings that come with it.
During the workshop, the participants can see their team and the organization they belong to, from different angles.
