LIP – Constellations – Supervision – Gestalt therapy – Family systems

This masterclass combines supervision and case constellations with the Life Integration Process (LIP), as developed by Wilfried Nelles, and demonstrates the resulting applications and insights.

The focus is on the connection between professional and personal issues, and on the practice and theory of phenomenological-systemic constellation work in a supervisory context. As in Gestalt therapy, the phenomenological approach serves as a basis here. You can bring cases, topics or questions from your professional life to the constellation and reflect on the background to this work.

This allows you to engage with the active systemic connections and associated physical and emotional processes. The relevant patterns and attitudes will become apparent. The course covers topics such as the art of helping, appropriate non-helping, recognising one's limits and identifying one's strengths.
