I am a French expat living in the Netherlands since 2016, blending 15 years of Corporate IT experience with a deep understanding of neurodivergence. My personal journey navigating late-diagnosis ADHD and Autism while raising a family abroad allows me to lead with empathy and lived experience.

I help neurodivergent expats and their families move beyond simple "time management" tips to address the root causes of their struggles. My coaching stabilizes the entire family system by:
● Creating Psychological Safety: Helping clients find the internal safety required to sleep, rest, and regulate emotions.
● Aligning the Family Unit: Working with couples and parents to build consistent boundaries, resolve conflict, and translate neurodivergent needs into shared family agreements.
● Recovering from Burnout: Guiding high-performers to repair the "leaking boat" of energy drainage by setting boundaries and managing the fear of conflict.
