I am a coach and counsellor specialized in change, habits, and productivity. My goal is to help you work smarter, not harder, by finding systems that truly fit YOU.

I completed a two-year Coaching & Counselling education and additional training as a confidential advisor. Before becoming a coach, I worked in academic natural science research.
My coaching style is warm, calm, structured, and practical.
